Update August 18, 2020:
Your health and wellness, along with that of your families, our doctors, associates, and the communities we serve remain our top priority. Accordingly, we wanted to provide the following update – which reflects our continued commitment to providing safe and responsible service during this outbreak.
We are closely following guidelines from the CDC, the World Health Organization and the American Optometric Association. We are back to our regular hours but have changed our available appointments to accommodate proper social distancing.
We will be conducting a COVID screening questionnaire and taking temperatures on everyone entering our office. We require a mask or other facial covering to be worn at all times in the office. We ask that only the patient be present for the exam unless the patient is a child or someone who requires assistance.
When you arrive at the office for your appointment, please call 817.460.5333 to let us know, and we will let you know when we are ready for you to come in. Please have any required paperwork completed before you arrive if possible.
We realize that what we do is essential for your everyday life, and apologize for any inconvenience and delay these protocols may cause. We are willing to extend some glasses and/or contact lens prescriptions to accommodate this on a case-by-case basis. We will continue to provide you with excellent care and customer service.
We strive to navigate these challenging circumstances with everyone’s wellbeing in mind. We thank you for your patience and continued support as we take the steps to ensure that we are providing the utmost safety and care.
